Service Description

This booking is for a pack of 12 private 1-hour drum lessons with Reece Herrera at the Femme Rock HQ rehearsal space at 2006 W Koenig Ln, Austin, TX 78756. To coordinate scheduling your twelve lessons, let us know your preferred dates/times in the signup form. Please keep in mind that scheduling will be dependent on availability at the rehearsal space and availability with your instructor. Some instructors have a waitlist for their private lesson schedule, in which case, they will reach out to you to coordinate a new date/time for your first lesson. Private drum lessons are for students who want to take their drum skills to the intermediate and advanced levels AFTER taking Femme Rock's Beginner Drums Levels 1, 2, and 3 group classes (or other beginner drums experience). About the Instructor: Reece Herrera is a self-taught musician who has been playing drums for 30+ years. Reece's teaching style is inventive, unconventional, and highly empathetic. She aims to fully understand the learning styles and development of each student and adapt lesson plans to the unique individual. Drum lessons with Reece are a safe space. Students will gain confidence and create their own signature sound, while also gaining fundamental skills and learning essential exercises for speed, independence, and control. Payment: Payment is due in full on the day you sign up. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, Affirm, or PayPal. If you need an installment plan, please pay via Affirm or the PayPal option at checkout and select "Pay in 4" which will break your payment into 4 installments.

Cancellation Policy

(All Classes) If you cancel your Femme Rock enrollment (includes group instrument classes, band classes, Bring Your Own Band, and long-term bookings of private lessons) at least two weeks before the start of your first class, we will issue you a class credit to use on a different Femme Rock class or workshop of the same value. If you cancel on or after that date, there is no refund. We encourage students to find someone to "sub-in" and cover your spot for you. Additionally, Femme Rock has the right to cancel group or band classes if not enough students sign up. Band classes require a minimum of 4 participants, and group instrument classes require a minimum of 3 participants. If your class is canceled before the session, we will issue you a class credit to use on a different Femme Rock class or workshop of the same value. RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOW POLICY: (Band Classes & BYOB) - If you cannot show up to class, you will have to give your bandmates a 7 day notice. - If you are sick, please let us know 3 hours before class. - Bands are allowed 1 free reschedule, any others past that will be charged $50 an hour (split between your bandmates). - If you do not show up for your first 3 classes, you will be replaced with a “fill in” with no refund or class credit. **These policies aren’t meant to scare anybody but instead, to help establish respect and accountability within your band. (Private Lessons) All lessons within a private lesson 6- or 12-pack must be completed within the originally set timeframe and end date (lessons are scheduled for either every week or every other week). We understand that unexpected life events occur, and allow up to two lesson reschedules during the private lesson pack timeframe.
