🎄 House Show & Holiday Party

Saturday, December 16th we're having our monthly open jam house party, but with a HOLIDAY TWIST! Here's what you can expect:

• DJ SHOWCASE! Students from the Intro to DJ class with BABE ATX will show off their skills from the past 6 weeks!
• WHITE ELEPHANT! This is optional, but if you'd like to participate, bring a gift under $30 that you think folks in the Femme Rock community would appreciate. 
• CAROL SINGING JAM SESH! We'll have lyrics, tabs, etc. printed out so folks can easily jump into some holiday jamming together in Thrash Chamber.
• Karaoke in Rebel Lounge, as always.
• Ugly sweaters or other holiday attire are highly encouraged.
• COOKIE SWAP! Also optional, but if you'd like to bake a holiday treat we'll have the snack tables open and stocked with take-home goodie bags so you can swap treats with friends and bring all sorts of new goodies home with you.

• Who: Femme Rock students, women and non-binary musicians, supportive friends
• Where: Femme Rock 2006 W Koenig Ln, Austin, TX 78756
• When: The third Saturday of every month from 7-10PM
• $$$: Free event - no signup needed, just show up and come hang
• Parking: In the lot across the street @ Capitol School of Austin

About House Shows:

Femme Rock House Shows are a safe space for you to get up and practice improvising! This monthly event is designed to help you jam and improvise informally and gain experience playing for others in a casual and supportive setting. A perfect opportunity for you to rip the band-aid, face your fears, hone your craft, meet like-minded individuals, and get inspired!
