Birthday Party Form

This includes full house access with karaoke setup, jam room, backyard with optional fire pit and canopy, party lighting, etc. We’ll have someone on-site for light supervision (not running the party), just to help protect the space and gear.

Price:

$400 for the first 3 hours
+$100/hr if you want to go longer
$300 refundable deposit
$50 discounted if you’re currently enrolled in a class at Femme Rock

House rules:

Capacity: around 60 guests
Outdoor music ends 10pm
This is a private, invite-only party (not public/ticketed)
Please don’t move or rewire gear / don’t touch computers or locked storage
Gear is as-is. If something breaks due to misuse, we use the deposit
No aggressive or unsafe behavior
Host (you) is responsible for guest behavior
Alcohol: BYOB only, no alcohol may be sold
